Orders & delivery
What are the delivery times?
Orders are shipped within 48 hours. Delivery details are provided in your confirmation email.
Is delivery free?
Yes, delivery is free on orders over €200*. *Mainland France only.
How do I track my order?
A tracking number is sent to you upon shipment. You can also use our Track my order page.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number: we will do our best as long as the package hasn't left.
Sizes
How do I choose my helmet size?
Measure your head circumference just above the eyebrows, at the widest part of your head, then use the calculator in our size guide.
Does the RZ-19F fit true to size?
No: this model runs large. Plan for one size smaller than your usual size.
Which glove size should I choose?
Our gloves tend to run small: take your measurement, then choose the size above. The glove calculator does it for you.
How do I choose my HANS system?
Two criteria: size based on your neck circumference, and angle based on your driving position. Everything is in the HANS guide.
What sizes for children's helmets?
The RZ-42Y and RZ-48Y CMR are sized by head circumference in centimeters: 52, 54, 56, 57 and 59 cm.
Homologation
Which homologation should I choose?
It depends on your discipline and your championship. Our helmet standards page indicates which standard to aim for and the corresponding ZAMP helmets.
What standard is required for karting?
Snell SA2025 for adults, up to the World Championship. Snell/FIA CMR2016 for those under 15.
FIA 8859-2024 or FIA 8860-2018?
The 8859 is the standard used as soon as an FHR system is mandatory. The 8860-2018 is the strictest, required notably in GT3, WEC, WRC and World Rallycross.
What equipment is needed for a trackday?
It depends on your car. Our summary of the FFSA trackday regulations tells you everything.
Where can I find my helmet's homologation?
On the sticker inside the helmet.
Products & customization
Can I customize my helmet?
Yes: create it in our configurator or call upon one of our recommended painters.
Which visor fits my helmet?
Z-20 shields fit the RZ-70F, RZ-61F, RZ-63F, RZ-67D, RZ-66C, RZ-38, RZ-57V and RZ-57. The RZ-88 uses the Z-24 anti-fog shield. The configurator only shows you compatible visors.
Are HANS clips provided with the helmet?
No, helmets are delivered without HANS clips, sold separately.
How do I equip my helmet with a radio?
Choose the kit that matches your radio (PELTOR, STILO, MOTOROLA, TERRATRIP…) then your headset. The Audio step in the configurator guides you.
Returns & exchanges
Can I return an item?
Yes, you have 14 days after delivery to return an item. Return shipping is at your expense. Contact us to organize your return.
The size doesn't fit: can I exchange it?
Yes. Contact us with your order number and the desired size.
