The RZ-42Y CMR and RZ-48Y CMR are sized directly by head circumference in centimeters: 52, 54, 56, 57 and 59 cm.

RZ-19F: this model runs large, consider choosing one size smaller than your usual size. Do you wear a balaclava? Please take this into account.
